CANCELLATION POLICY

At Luminary Esthetics, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please review the following policy before booking. • Please provide at least 1 hour’s notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 1 hour’s notice will incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will also be charged 25% of the scheduled service total. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the service and schedule availability. • Deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable. • To ensure a relaxing environment, please come to your appointment alone unless a guest has been approved in advance. • For safety reasons, children who are not receiving a service should not attend appointments. • Luminary Esthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client arrives under the influence, behaves inappropriately, or if the service is deemed unsafe. • Please inform me before your service if you are pregnant, taking Accutane or prescription retinoids, using topical retinoids, have allergies, recent sunburn, recent cosmetic procedures, or any medical conditions that may affect your service. • If you are experiencing a fever, vomiting, a contagious illness, or any condition that could put others at risk, please reschedule your appointment. Waxing ONLY • Hair should be approximately ¼ inch long (about 2–3 weeks of growth) for the best waxing results. • By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and policies.
